✅ Use appropriate language—this is a family-friendly community.
✅ Be mindful of how you communicate online and in person.
❌ No offensive, discriminatory, or hateful speech is allowed.
Follow Ethical Reef-Keeping Practices
✅ Promote sustainable and responsible reef-keeping.
✅ Research before giving advice—misinformation can harm livestock.
✅ Respect the welfare of marine life and avoid encouraging poor husbandry.
No Spamming or Self-Promotion
✅ Share knowledge and experiences without self-promotion.
✅ Businesses and vendors may participate, but must be club-approved before posting promotions.
❌ No excessive advertising, spam, or affiliate links.
Keep Discussions On-Topic
✅ Keep forum discussions related to reefing, saltwater aquariums, and club activities.
✅ Off-topic conversations are allowed in designated areas.
❌ No political, religious, or controversial debates that detract from our mission.
Respect Club Leadership & Decisions
✅ Board members work hard to maintain the club—please respect their decisions.
✅ If you have concerns, reach out to the board privately and professionally.
✅ Constructive feedback is always welcome!
Stay Safe & Use Common Sense
✅ When trading or meeting in person, prioritize safety and honesty.
✅ Respect privacy—don’t share others' personal information without consent.
✅ If you see inappropriate behavior, report it to a club board member.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the club.
